Authorised Person Platform
For participants with cognitive or communication issues or with authorised family representatives a nominated person portal is utilised for all face-face and non-face to face work relating to the programs with or without therapy implementation. The license fee depends on the participants partnership levels and the authorised person roles.
Business Portal
Supporting businesses that engage workers or independent support workers in the disability or aged care sectors. Using rising star on the business platform can allow a business to inbuilt customise features such as invoicing, shift notes, progress reports, employee onboarding and work health and safety. Costs are agreed upon based on participant needs, amount of workers and associated partners and users.
This is funded by business costs and not the participants plan. The shift notes collection supports the participant support worker platform when the participant or their decision maker agrees in writing to the services. Providers, Participants or Businesses can sign partnership service agreements for the provider to effectively manage their business governance and employer and provider duties.

Once you complete a profile, the onboarding process will develop the platform. Your program will assist implementation, of logins, reports and support as required based on terms and fees as agreed by you in the onboarding process and beyond,
